The solo challenge starts on Saturday 16th June 2007 and will cover 4650 miles on the road, a fast moving trip that will average 12 hours per day in the saddle for 7 straight days. Event support to cover the expenses of the challenge has already been secured with sponsorship from friends and business associates. Now the task of raising donations towards the charitable organisations has begun, with the firm guarantee that 100% of all monies donated to this fund will be distributed directly to the named organisations. |

Ogie has visited Warsaw, the 13th capital city on the journey. He has said that most of the roads in Poland are in terrible condition, probably as expected due to the country's poor financial state.....Read more

Ogie has reached Vilnius, however he did not manage to find the Gediminas tower within the city. This was largely down to the fact that he was put behind schedule because he slept in due to not recieving his wake up call and so was in a hurry to reach Warsaw on time as planned, although after a couple of day's riding like that, i think we can say that Ogie deserved a bit of a rest!.....Read more
